If you are an Inspection Supervisor professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an opening for you! Based in our Stafford, TX location, this role will lead, plan, coordinate, administer, and direct the activities of all inspection, QA documentation and Documentation team in assuring that our products and services are in conformance with all Procedures, Code and Customer requirements.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Analyze data to assess the efficiency of inspection personnel and ensure compliance with quality standards, national / international codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to set quality objectives, optimize product quality, and ensure efficient reliability.
- Support internal / external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maintain certifications.
- Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and coordinate the Calibration program for the facility.
- Lead all aspects of Inspector training and certification programs, ensuring personnel meet vital qualifications and perform tasks effectively.
- Direct Inspection and Test activities, handle corrective actions for customer / internal complaints, and maintain a safe work environment for the Inspection team.
