What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Manager/HR Administrator position at Emerson Group?
Our client in Willow Grove, Pa. is looking for a Payroll / HR Administrator, to join their team. This is an office, Direct Hire position with salary up to 60k and excellent benefits (see below).
- Work with PM's collecting time cards / approvals each week
- Enter weekly payroll for hourly and salary employees. Work with Service department to convert hours from Service Titan to Computer Ease
- Reimburse staff for any job related purchases
- Maintain prevailing wage rates for all classes on PW jobs
- Maintain company calendar and attendance reports.
Direct deposit maintenance Send weekly ACH file to bank Bank transfer
S-Corp insurance fringe
Personal purchases
Add new employees to Computer Ease
Update vacation / sick time for all employees on yearly and daily basis
W-2 maintenance
The company will need this person to help lead the transition from paper time cards to mobile entry.
