In this key role you will actively support our Global Emerson teams with brand-recognized and Engineer-to-Order products. This position will support our Isolation Valves’ product line, which provides process and controls’ solutions to the industrial marketplace. The individual selected for this position will apply product and application knowledge of Emerson products and services to provide solutions which meet customer technical requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be:
- Review and process multiple RFQs to determine customer application requirements and suitability of Emerson product offering to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Utilize product and application knowledge of Emerson Clarkson products and services to size and select the most suitable valves (from eleven product lines).
- Communicate with Engineering and Product Management to obtain needed technical support, coupled with Purchasing and Suppliers to secure pricing and quotes.
- Employ professional and technical expertise to effectively problem solve and aptly answer questions for products, service and pricing solutions; navigate Emerson resources to determine accurate answers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Where required, collaborate with business platform organizations on product, technical and pricing strategy, such as Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Business Development Managers (BDM).
- Develop a suitable strategy to follow-up on quotes and modifies quotes when required.
- Seek to build rapport and empower their customer base with value-added product knowledge and solutions.
- Work well in a fast-paced, deadline- and team-oriented environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a combination of applicable education and experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer support to clients
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Two years in the flow control industry with knowledge of isolation valve and actuation applications or related knowledge of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment.
- SAP or Oracle based ERP systems experience
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
