Based in either our Shakopee, MN or Boulder, CO location, the Data Analyst role will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This position is part of the Global Sales, Inventory & Operations team, and supports the reporting needs of various teams worldwide.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Work with partners and colleagues to deliver queries, tools, metrics, and datasets.
- Gathering requirements and collaborate with users to understand data needs.
- Design, build, and deploy BI solutions. Including reports, dashboards, and visualizations of information.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to collaborators in a clear and concise manner.

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $83,000annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
