Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools and power tools in a factory or warehouse environment. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling products on the assembly line, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed.
- Operate forklifts for material handling when required (certification preferred).
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
