In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- ✔ Monitor product performance and lead initiatives to enhance quality
- Track and analyze internal Non-Conformances, developing countermeasures to reduce defects year over year
- Facilitate the Daily Support Request Triage meeting, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement sustainable solutions for customer complaints
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to evaluate and resolve quality concerns
- Drive effective and timely resolutions for customer complaints
- Supervise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective action implementation
- Conduct internal training on quality procedures and standard methodologies
- Actively participate in internal quality audits and ISO compliance initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Three years minimum experience in Quality
- Shown success in continuous improvement of Quality Inspection processes
- Understanding of Quality Systems and process including: Working with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric equipment.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Advanced computer skill involving word processing, spreadsheets, data bases and QMS systems required
- Experience with the various industry standards: IEC NEC, CEC, PED, ASME etc.
- Experience with Oracle quality functionality is a plus
- Work on Valve Actuators a plus
- Must be highly organized, able to work independently across departmental boundaries
- Excellent mechanical and mathematical proficiency
