Position Overview :

We are seeking a Sales Planning and Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Planning and Performance Team! This role is instrumental in supporting sales strategy through data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and a strategic approach to help drive business decisions. This role requires a solid understanding of data management, business intelligence tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving!

Key Skills and Competencies :

• Data Analysis & Insights : Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
• Forecasting & Modeling : Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support sales planning and performance assessment.
• Data Management : Strong data-handling skills, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and consistency across various data sources.
• Business Acumen : Understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business performance metrics to provide meaningful recommendations.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking : Capacity to approach complex problems systematically, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication & Storytelling : Ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align on strategies and processes.
• Process Optimization & Automation : Knowledge of streamlining and automating workflows to improve efficiency in sales reporting and analysis.
