Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow our Ninja Warrior and Boys Gymnastics programs. As a Program Leader, you’ll inspire staff to reach excellence, develop and expand the Ninja program, and serve as a key role model for students and families.
Program Leader Responsibilities
- Bold, Servant Leadership: Lead by example, (choose responsibility over privilege.)
- Staff Development: Train, motivate, and hold your team accountable for high performance.
- Program Growth: Set and achieve strategic goals that align with EmethGym’s mission.
- Healthy Communication: Maintain open, timely, and professional communication with staff and leadership.
- Metrics Management: Track and meet key department goals like enrollment and profit margins.
- Inspire & Lead: Create unforgettable experiences for kids and their families with passion and professionalism.
- Embody Emeth Values: Be a role model of integrity, encouragement, and discipline.
- Character Training: Actively engage in Emeth’s Character Training program, planning and seizing teachable moments.

Coaching Responsibilities
- Develop Skills & Character: Lead classes that foster athletic growth and character development.
- Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents to partner in their child's journey.
- Plan & Execute Classes: Design and deliver engaging, skill-building sessions.
- Uphold Excellence: Arrive early to prepare, stay organized, and support team success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous coaching or leadership experience in gymnastics, sports, or related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Passion for Youth Development: Strong desire to make an impact through sports and character training.
- Communication: Excellent ability to engage with kids, parents, and staff.
- Organizational Ability: Skilled in planning, time management, and execution.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Regular evening hours coaching after school classes for students.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
