Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking events, and community involvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain organized and personable communication with prospects and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and high engagement levels.
- Market Research: Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and support strategic decisions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting preparations, and follow-up communications for the Director of Growth.
- Sales Support: Aid in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all materials are tailored to client needs and align with emfluence’s services and standards of excellence.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance emfluence’s visibility and attract new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related job experience
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interest and knowledge in digital marketing services (Website Development, SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Digital Strategy).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
