```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance personnel, as well as performing hands-on maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. ```Duties``` - Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and repair - Fabricate or modify parts as necessary - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and schedule preventive maintenance - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards ```Skills``` - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Experience in industrial maintenance - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Knowledge of low voltage systems - Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and supervise a team - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience with maintenance management software or CMMS is a plus If you are a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, we want to hear from you.
