We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Environmental division. The Environmental team specializes in wetland/stream assessments and permitting, landscape implementation, ecological restoration, NEPA compliance, environmental site assessments and much more.
As the Administrative Assistant you will provide crucial support to our office and field staff by contributing to the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. You will assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments and events; answering incoming calls, emails and other communications; arranging travel accommodations; providing project development and support by attending staff meetings, creating and maintaining records on work in progress, updating directors on deadlines and work submissions. In addition, you will provide other administrative support such as creating transmittals, developing mailing lists and sending out letters, initiating project numbers, scanning contracts, drafting proposals, maintaining electronic filing systems, archiving and etc. In addition, you will assist with background research and report writing, as well as basic report reviews for grammar and sentence structure. Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative role in a business setting with at least two (2) years reporting to a senior level business manager; and proficiency with Microsoft office suite is required.
