EMH&T is hiring for a paid summer 2025 internship with our Survey team located in Columbus, Ohio.
EMH&T’s goal for your summer internship is to provide you with an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios. We look for opportunities to provide resources, feedback and coaching to allow each individual to develop professionally in an environment where you can learn from talented professionals.
You will be mentored by a Licensed Land Surveyor to create drawings and perform calculations for setting various points or parameters using CAD. You will also perform a variety of tasks which will provide experience and familiarity with land surveying standards and methods. You may also be involved in the preparation of topographic, ALTA and boundary surveys, easement descriptions, and terrain modeling.
Qualifications
- A current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a focus on survey and mapping.
