The selected candidate will perform tuning and testing of precision electronic devices, per part specific specification documentation and test procedures of microwave active / passive components / sub-systems covering a wide frequency spectrum from DC to 5 GHz. This includes synthesizers, oscillators, switches, amplifiers, and filters. Position Title : RF Test Technician
Position Location : Reno, NV (100% Onsite)
Clearance : Active Secret Responsibilities
This job requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable troubleshooting electronic subassemblies to components level, able to collect, document and report on tests performed using oscilloscope, frequency generators, LNAs and spectrum analyzers. You must be able to work independently in a self-directed environment, as well as work cooperatively in a team environment and should have good command of the English language, both written and verbal Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Requirements
1 year of experience as an electronics / test technician, experience in the electronics field and tuning of complex electronic components.
Demonstrated computer skills to include MS Word and Excel
Experience in testing equipment (i.e., frequency generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, power meter, frequency counter, oscilloscope, etc.)
Able to read and understand manufacturing drawings and documents.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable Transportation Preferences
Preferably Associates or Vocational degree in electronics. About the Client
