Work is simple, Employers make it hard. When you sell more you should make more. But you have to have the cars for that to work and if I dare say, you need the right cars. Having your store do oil changes all day because they don’t have anything else, isn’t going to get you what you deserve. Doing warranty work with very little customer pay isn’t going to get it done. Working at a company that just doesn’t understand that things have changed isn’t helping anything either.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all procedures for both the customer and the vehicle from the first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for).
- Oversee cost percentages, conversion percentages and revenues.
- Utilize appropriate systems and forms.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain the appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness.
- Problem solving and resolution of customer problems.
- Ability to manage personnel and enforce policies and procedures.
- Ability and desire to assume responsibility and produce results.
Skills and Requirements
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket field.
- Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to learn and follow procedures as trained.
- Above average customer relations skills.
- Honest and trustworthy, dedicated work ethic.
- Previous knowledge of the automotive repair industry is a plus.
