We have found that targeting Technicians who want to make $50-100,000 is the right fit for our model (and we don’t ask them to work 6 days, late evenings or Sundays). We don’t overload our techs with oil changes and tires…. Sure we do them but it is not the core of our identity. WE FIX CARS. And by focusing on service work (a lot of brakes and suspension) we are categorically able to pay more…. More guaranteed on your weekly check and more aggressively on the production bonuses. Whether you are a seasoned Technician or you want someone to help you get there…. odds are we can help.
