Personal Risk Management Solutions (PRMS) a successful entrepreneurial company is seeking a Clerical Assistant for their growing Private Client Services team, servicing the Tri-State area. This personal insurance brokerage provides services to affluent households in the areas of: home, auto, watercraft, fine art, valuable, and excess liability. PRMS is backed by Emigrant Bank.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Telephone calls - Answer, transfer, record messages, and respond to general questions
- Documents – File and scan
- Mail - Receive, record, sort, and distribute
- Data entry – enter, update, and run reports
- General correspondence - Draft, obtain approval, and distribute
- Interoffice activities – deliveries, document pick-up, and short errands
- Reorganization projects - office files, collateral materials, storage and office supplies
- Appointments – schedule, reschedule and confirm
- Special projects as assigned
- Seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of work experience.
- Candidates should have a college degree or be in the process of earning a degree
- A successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and energetic with a positive attitude. Customer service skills and strong telephone etiquette is required. Data entry experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.
