Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is a must
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote drink specials and upsell menu items.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience using POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus but not required.
- A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn about new cocktails and drink trends.
