Permanent – Part-time (20-25 hrs per week)
Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Flex-time)

This is a permanent, part-time W2 position. This is not an invitation for independent contractors or freelancers.

We support a hybrid work environment:
Flexible part-time hours within a Monday through Friday workweek
A requirement to work 6 days per month on-site at our Upper Arlington, OH office.
Compensation:
Hourly base pay plus a generous commission structure.
(Part-time 20-25 hours per week. 5 workdays per week.)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in our Upper Arlington office 6 days per month.
- Established history of outbound sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Phone sales experience
- Presentation capabilities and comfort meeting with strategic partners in person, phone, and video.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Respond to sales inquiries within the same day or the next business day.
- Generate leads and sales through outbound telesales activities.
- Coordinate scheduling of training packages.
- Develop written quarterly sales strategy and targets for outbound calls, leads, and closes.
- Manage and update Salesforce daily.
- Manage and update spreadsheets with data on your sales close rate and other sales-related activities.
- Collaborate on writing custom service proposals.
- Participate in the weekly team meeting held on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM.
- Attend occasional special events, i.e., semi-annual meetings.
- Use company-approved software tools, i.e., LOOM, Asana, OnceHub, Voxer, Canva, Salesforce, Google Search Console, and Zoom.

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
