We are currently looking for an on-call house cleaner to join our team. This position will help cover employee days off, assist with move-out cleanings, and may include taking on at least one regular client each week.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cleanliness, and a dedication to delivering outstanding results. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties during move-out cleans.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Cover for other employees vacation time or PTO.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred.
- Time management skills for a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
