Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor clients' health and safety, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Encourage clients to engage in social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare position is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
