Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including grooming and hygiene.
- Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
- Ensure the client's safety and comfort by monitoring their health status.
- Communicate effectively with the client's family and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Encourage and assist clients in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence.
- Experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a strong desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
