Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
- Help prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety.
- Manage light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
