Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Russian Speaking Caregiver to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families in Russian, ensuring understanding and comfort.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Adapt care routines as needed to support the individual preferences and cultural backgrounds of clients.
- Fluency in Russian is required; ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for effective caregiving.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
