The role of the Back of House Manager is to ensure proper inventory and organization to deliver a best-in-class retail experience to Revolve customers.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

•    Manage stock levels, logistics and sell through

•    Ensure back of house is kept organized

•    Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse team 

•    Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.

•    Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.

•    Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.

•    Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Manager for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication

•    Partner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house 

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

•    Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, professional and a good representative of the Revolve brand

•    Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service store customers

•    Ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.

•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities

•    Maintain high operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement

•    Develop processes and ensure those are followed to ensure inventory accuracy 

•    Proactive in identifying and addresses challenges

•    Strong communicator, able to coach and develop a team

•    The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential

•    Collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Minimum of 4 years Retail Experience required.

•    Minimum of 2 years Retail Management Experience required. Luxury retail management experience preferred.

•    Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

•    Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts

•    Understanding of Retail Labor Laws

•    GSuite experience a plus

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $27.00/hr to $32.00/hr.
