Main purpose of the Influencer and Partnerships Intern role:
The Influencer and Partnerships Intern is responsible for supporting the brand Partnerships team to ensure all partnerships projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage day to day project management communications with internal and external teams.
- Own communication with influence/talent management temas - ensure they are aligned with campaign details, provide any product updates, and troubleshoot any issues with the Influencer Partnerships Manager.
- Identify and curate influence lists for internal and external campaigns based on a number of factors, including engagement, audience demographics, and brand fit.
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Confortable performing in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines schedules.
- Ability to understand multiple brand identities and curate influence lists specific to each project.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Strong communication ( written and verbal ) and relationship management skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- interest in the fashion/lifestyle industry emphasizing in Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships
Preferred Qualification:
- Fluent in social media platforms ( Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc. ) and influencer landscape
- Experience in data and metric reporting
- Experience with Google Business Suite ( gmail, drive, docs, sheets, presentation, etc. )
- Experience in Asana/AirTable or similar project management platforms

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $95,000 to $105,000.
