Main purpose of the International Marketing Manager role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who will develop and execute the online digital marketing strategy for REVOLVE’s global markets.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage a team of 10 translators to ensure timely delivery
- Manage translation process and tools
- Incorporate AI into translation process
- Manage translation console to increase translation efficiency
- Measure translation efficiency and translator performance
- Manage foreign language product feeds
- Increase product count
- Reduce English bleed
- Utilizing AI to generate keywords
- Onsite foreign language search
- Improve on site forming language search revenue in international markets
- Translation performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain ruled and algorithms to conduct randomized quality checks
- Develop and monitor key translation performance metrics to ensure optimum performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support overseas country managers
- Manage in site messages to support local marketing efforts including but not limited to home page features, building dedicated landing pages
- Work with overseas country managers to improve impressions, click and conversion rates for products that have regional relevance via sort algorithm improvements, product recommendation engine, languid page exposures
- Coordinate with buyers, accounting, and operation teams to expand assortments for international markets
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Past experience in paid media, particular paid media campaign that involves product feeds
- Data-driven decision-making skills. You have keen analytical skills. You can sue data from multiple sources to drive meaningful decision anda actions.
- A customer experience perspective. You are familiar with important components that make up a great web experiences: visual design, UX, content, messages
- Understanding and ability to manage key metrics from traffic and purchasing conversion to payment authrates. You understand how each of these impacts your ability to meet goals and know how to influence them.
- You regularly report against sales and understand the key elements that contribute to the business.
- Strong influencing & communication skills and a highly collaborative
- You are the quarterback of overseas country managers
- You thrive in a highly dynamic and instructed environment but understand the value of adding strict and process
- Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously with the ability to push "quick wins" to execution
- Perpetually curious, always seeking to improve your understanding of our business an out customers identify new improvement opportunities by questioning assumptions and taking initiative to solve problems
- Highly collaborative approach and able to work with cross functional teams such as operations, finance, legal, marketing, buyers, logistics/warehousing, and vendors, with an ability to influence others
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- Past digital marketing experiences, particularly in paid media in overseas markets
- Multilingual, minimum 3 languages
- International experiences
- Master degree in Marketing
- SQL
- Tableau
- Google Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical skills is a plus

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $68,000 - $75,000.
