Main purpose of the Project Manager / Executive Assistant role:
This is a full-time role for a driven and detail-oriented individual who can keep the Executive team and Owned Brand teams on track while partnering with all levels of the organization. The PM/EA brings with them the ability to stay several steps ahead and anticipating the needs of extremely busy executives while maintaining the role as the liaison between REVOLVE, REVOLVE Owned Brands and external partners. This position requires an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with multiple teams on special projects, executing strategic initiatives, and maintain a high level of confidentially.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Coordinate launches with each brand, marketing and merchandising teams
• Coordinate meetings to communicate brand needs/support
• Manages brand trim and artwork with external partners, PR packages, discusses initial concepts and manages all back and forth communication between internal and external teams including various approvals
• Manage contract from brand inception
• Manage various budgets for each Owned Brand
• Work closely with the Analytics team for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on Owned Brand gifting and events/activations, press hits and impressions, social media KPIs including engagement, follower growth, impressions
• Prepare and lead cross department meetings and drive key conversations that heavily involve REVOLVE Owned Brand, Editorial, Merch and Brand Marketing
• Hold all the teams accountable for timelines, deadlines and marketing plan
• Communicate all new and ongoing projects on Owned Brands - i.e. launches, new drops and spotlighted brands
• Coordinate shoots with Editorial team as needed
• Manages marketing calendar specific to each brand needs
• Lead and orchestrate communications for REVOLVE Brand Ambassadors
• Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, with exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, and practical knowledge of practices and procedures of company policies and programs
• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: gathers, assembles, and analyzes information and data from a variety of sources; prepares reports, agendas, correspondence, and companywide memos; reviews and answers mail and inquiries on own and determines if executive action is required; communicates with executive, administrative and management to gather and convey information; answers and screens telephone calls and visitors; prepares and processes expense reports
• Coordinate logistics for meetings including conference rooms, video and telephone lines, catering, online collaborations and presentations
• Organizes and maintains confidential files for the Executive; identifies and drives implementation of best practices related to document management and confidential data storage
• Assisting the Executive with some scheduling for work meetings; applies understanding of Executive’s priorities in scheduling meetings
• Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans
• Proactively solves moderately complex problems and interacts with other departments to resolve issue
• Maintains a project status report for all pending high-level projects in the organization. Updates Executive team/applicable internal teams on a weekly basis with clear notations of each project, owner, and outcomes/deliverables. Follows up with managers responsible for projects, ensuring dates are kept and projects remain on schedule

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Email (preferably Gmail), Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• E-commerce apparel experience
• Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $75,000- $85,000 per year.
