What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Eminent India Private Limited?
Must have :
- Board Certification (BCBA) : This is a mandatory requirement and the foundation for the role.
- Behavioral Analysis Expertise : Profound understanding and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , including conducting functional analyses , assessments , and implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
- Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with families, other professionals, and staff. This includes the ability to train and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaboration & Teamwork : Ability to work effectively with families , interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to create integrated intervention strategies (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs).
- Supervision & Training : Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations , and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.
