Job Description:
As a Client Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, client interactions, and problem-solving to support our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
- Manage and track client account details, including contracts, billing, and service agreements.
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and training on our products/services.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, highlighting key metrics and success stories.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products.
- Handle any client complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role or customer service position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $1,061.00 - $1,112.00 per week
