Entry Level Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with businesses and clients to understand their unique wants and needs, and recommend tailored solutions when closing sales
- Assist the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on behalf of AT&T
- Oversee the training and development of new Entry Level Account Managers to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, operations, and sales goals
- Track KPIs and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met and areas for improvement are identified
- Run team meetings designed to develop and improve sales and customer engagement tactics within the Entry Level Account Manager team
Entry Level Account Manager Education & Experience:
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related client-facing role
- Proven leadership or team-based experience (sports, clubs, campus organizations, etc.)
