Eminent Remodeling LLC is seeking experienced and skilled roofers to join our team for government contract and commercial projects. This is a lucrative opportunity for professionals with expertise in TPO and torch-down roofing applications.
Job Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in teardown and re-roofing.
- Citizenship:
- U.S. citizens born in the U.S. are preferred.
- Naturalized citizens and green card holders may be considered for low-security
Job sites.
- Certifications:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. (Training can be provided if necessary.)
- Identification:
- Must provide a U.S. ID (driver’s license, state ID, etc.) plus one of the following:
- Social Security card
- Birth certificate
- Valid passport
- Skill Proficiency:
- Expertise in torch-down and TPO roofing applications is required.
- Security Clearance:
- Must complete and pass required forms for clearance to work on military bases.
- Screening:
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
