Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution for industrial construction projects
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
- Analyze project data to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals
- Assist with maintaining project schedules using Primavera and other scheduling tools
- Support the project team in tracking and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards
- Use tools like BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam (preferred) for project coordination and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-through on all project phases, meeting deadlines and requirements
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically on industrial projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera
- Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction, follow plans, and meet project deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of construction techniques and scheduling methods
