Title : Structural Engineer
Location : New London, CT or Concord, MA
COMPANY PROFILE :
Our client is an established consulting structural engineering firm specializing in building structures across a wide range of sectors. The firm works with public and private clients on high-end residential, educational, municipal, multi-family, commercial, life sciences, cultural, FEMA, and DOD projects.
POSITION PROFILE :
Our client is seeking a Professional Structural Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer in training (EIT) to join their team to work on a variety of projects across multiple different markets.
TYPICAL DUTIES :
Typical duties include analysis and design of traditional and progressive structural systems, preparation of reports, technical specifications and construction documents, site visits, and construction administration. Travel along the eastern seaboard and the central United States may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- BS or MS degree from an ABET-accredited university in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in Structural Engineering, preferably in a Consulting environment.
- Proficiency with structural software, including RISA, ETabs, Bluebeam, and other specialty software, and fluency working in Revit (BIM software)
Salary Range : $90,000 up to $115,000
