POSITION PROFILE :
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Superintendent will supervise field teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
TYPICAL DUTIES :
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and project specifications.
- Maintain overall responsibility for project safety, productivity, quality, and performance.
- Provide technical input for estimating and ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and labor.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety standards and best practices.
- Prepare and review construction schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Review and clarify project plans, scope, and specifications with the team.
- Monitor daily operations and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain documentation, including daily field reports, inspection reports, and safety logs.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Salary Range :
90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
