Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and instructional strategies tailored to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Support students in their daily activities, ensuring they understand lesson content and participate fully in classroom activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt educational materials that enhance literacy education, math skills, and other subjects.
- Provide assistance in specialized areas such as American Sign Language or Deaf education when needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment by monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to early childhood education, Montessori methods, or other relevant areas.
