What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor position at Emizen Home Care?
Registered Nurse. Position requires person to have Home Care experience. Initiates, implements, and supervises patient plan of care Demonstrates the ability to complete initial assessments and supervisor visits in a timely manner. Coordinate the needs of home care patients and maintain constructive relationships with them, and with all care providers Makes visits to the home of patients, making a complete patient assessment during initial nursing visit; re-evaluate the needs of patient every 90 days. Provides supervisory visits for Certified Nurses Aides caring for Home Care Services patients. Responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships with all staff members. Perform some administrative tasks as needed.
