Emkat Inc. Staffing and Recruiting Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in staffing and recruiting, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with manufacturing companies through door-to-door sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the company’s weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify staffing needs in the manufacturing sector and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present staffing service proposals to potential clients, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM and other digital tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically with manufacturing clients.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct in-person meetings, and present staffing solutions professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for door-to-door sales with manufacturing clients.
