Job Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing staffing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves high-volume prospecting, cold calling, and proactive sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Make 150 to 200 cold calls per day to engage decision-makers and generate leads.
- Initiate 12 meaningful connections per day with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Identify and qualify leads in the manufacturing sector who require staffing services.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including:
- Securing 3 new client contracts per week.
- Consistently meeting daily and weekly call and connection quotas.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
- Understand clients' staffing needs and offer customized workforce solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive market conditions.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
- 2 years of sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales.
- Proven success in high-volume cold calling and closing deals.
- Experience selling staffing solutions in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
