Trax is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The Staff Accountant role will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of the organization of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash activity, among other general ledger items. Responsibilities also include assisting in the month-end closing process and account analysis.

Key Accountabilities
- Substantiate financial transactions by reviewing related documentation.
- Enter information into the general ledger.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned and analyze variances.
- Prepare routine financial statements for management review.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field, required.
- 2 years of accounting experience required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Bess
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
