Job Overview :
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a pivotal hire for emma to establish and grow revenue by acting as our boots on the ground.
The RSM will operate with the goal of delivering against revenue and growth targets for the region and is solely responsible for the entire sales cycle supported by Go-To-Market initiatives.
The RSM is responsible for finding, engaging, converting and closing large mid-market and enterprise opportunities within the region, engaging with decision makers on C-level, and below.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hit quarterly targets according to commission plan and remuneration agreements.
- Full sales-cycle execution including pipeline creation & pipeline management
- Develop and implement regional sales tactics and initiatives to meet regional targets in conjunction to overall Sales and GTM strategies.
- Engage with ICP, personas and executive sponsors, to navigate enterprise and mid-market opportunities effectively.
- Analyze and react to market trends and adjust regional sales tactics accordingly in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management to set regional goals and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with supporting departments with regular feedback loops, to improve customer impact, enablement and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Address client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining CRM (Hubspot) hygiene and forecasting rigor.
