Full Time Handyman

Location: Harrison, Idaho

Start: ASAP

Compensation: $35/hr DOE plus full benefits

JOB SUMMARY:

The Exterior Handyman performs maintenance and housekeeping duties on the exterior (and sometimes

interior) of the households. This position ensures that the households are functioning in the appropriate manner,

according to the principals’ standards. This includes general maintenance, cleaning, meal service, serving,

vendor monitoring, and other various tasks throughout the households. Additionally, for this position, you are

willing to travel extensively, from two to four months at a time at various properties throughout the United States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Cleaning duties such as power washing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing

• Upkeep and maintenance of all outdoor areas

• Ability to use a variety of yard/maintenance equipment

• Assist with spring opening and fall closing of properties

• Ordering and restocking household items

• Running errands per principals’ request

• Organizing and cleaning throughout the household

• Reporting any maintenance issues that may arise

• Monitoring vendors to ensure they are staying on task

• Assisting guests with their potential needs

• Assisting chefs with cooking and food preparation

• Driving principals and/or staff as needed

• Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs as needed

• Assist with beach set up and tear down as needed

• Using a computer to complete projects, photo uploading, and providing updates as needed

• Ensuring all household protocols are followed

• Extensive travel, 2-4 months at a time

• Ability to work weekends and nights as needed

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive maintenance and upkeep on UHNW properties

• Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining a high level of quality

• High school GED or equivalent preferred

COMPENSATION:

• $30 – 35 PER HOUR DOE

WORKING CLIMATE:

Tasks involve activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as

climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. The ability to exert physical effort which

may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of objects and materials of weight up to 80 pounds.
