Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Emma’s Premium Services in North Brunswick, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory management, vendor procurement, and clerical tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, exposure to SHOPIFY, Ecommerce, Operations.
