Job Description
For only 1 lucky licensed agents with experience, it is possible: an inside sales position, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls). Join a team of 2 other inside sales agents supporting one of the top agents in the area, work only a 40-hour week (3-4 evenings a week and weekends, some flexibility), 2 weeks vacation, NO open houses, NO buyer babysitting, TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE after hours and relax and enjoy your life. Job Description
-Call leads from our lead management system, appropriately assign leads, follow up accordingly and make timely notes that improve the flow of lead management
-Offer great customer service to all customers and clients and professionally assist future buyers and sellers with their real estate needs
-Manage the lead database center and organize effectively to make the system user friendly and timeless
-Assist in Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations support
