Primary Purpose :
We are looking for a curious and experienced AI Engineer to research, develop, and deploy AI systems in production.
Responsibilities
- Generative AI systems development : Design and implement RAG architectures for LLM solutions.
- Model Behavior Analysis : Evaluate AI outputs for relevance, consistency, and tone, and work closely with the team to refine model responses.
- Conduct research and experimentation : Research AI models to optimize prompt strategies, improve model performance, and stay aligned with emerging advancements in NLP and generative AI.
- Integration & Collaboration : Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives and user needs.
- Deploy into Production : Develop scalable and robust solutions designed and built with the end user in mind.
- Experimentation & Innovation : Build validation frameworks and experiments to achieve continuous improvements in model performance.
- Prompt Library Development : Create and maintain reusable prompt templates and frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across multiple use cases.
- Ethical AI Practices : Ensure that outputs meet ethical standards, maintaining inclusivity, diversity, and data privacy compliance.
