Primary Purpose : As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences for Emmes software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.
Responsibilities :
- Conducts user research and creates user personas to inform design decisions.
- Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Creates design specifications and works with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.
