We're seeking a talented sales leader who is very familiar with the construction sales cycle. The successful candidate must have well-established relationships within architectural, specifier, facilities management, distribution and contractor communities.
Summary of the role :
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing and developing a sales force of independent and company reps to achieve revenue and profit goals within the East region of the United States (New York, New Jersey, E. Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida) . The RSM will implement short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve company targets. The successful candidate will have a positive impact on the culture of the organization and promote a "can do" environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
- Recommend products and / or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction
- Exceed established sales quotas and business objectives
- Build relationships with sales representatives and customers
- Conduct customer training sessions on Lencore products and services
- Analyze sales and market trends to develop regional strategy
- CRM Management and coaching for Independent Rep Firms
- Represent the company at regional and national Industry events
- Own the sales process from prospecting to closing the deal
- Achieve customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Coordinate orders with internal team to ensure accurate on time delivery
- Other duties as assigned
