Groundsman - Tree Service

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Groundsmen for the tree crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in tree work operations by performing essential ground tasks, including:

• Roping
• Staging material with machines
• Feeding wood chipper
• Ground clean-up
• Machine Operation

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License (Commercial License a PLUS)
• Reliable transportation for commuting
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Prior experience in landscaping or the tree industry preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Be able to work as a team.
• Successful completion of a skill test during the interview process
