Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.
At Emmy Squared Pizza, we craft more than cocktails — we create moments. As a Bartender, you’ll bring the energy behind the bar, deliver top-notch drinks and service, and help shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
Mix and serve drinks with speed, skill, and consistency
Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service
Manage your bar top and support service bar orders
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and prepped for peak shifts
Maintain a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere from open to close
What You Bring:
Great energy and a guest-first mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced, full-service setting
Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
Previous bartending experience preferred
TIPS or equivalent alcohol safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
