We’re excited to bring Emmy Squared Pizza to Short Pump — and we’re on the lookout for high-energy Food Runners to join our opening team!
Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.
As a Food Runner, you’ll be the vital link between our kitchen and our guests — making sure every dish gets delivered fast, fresh, and flawlessly. You’ll keep the pace moving and the vibe positive, helping our service team shine.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver food from kitchen to table with speed and care
Double-check that every order is accurate and complete
Help guests with questions or requests when needed
Communicate with the kitchen and service team to keep things flowing
Maintain a clean and organized expo and running station
What You Bring:
A team-first attitude and strong sense of urgency
Great communication and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced, full-service environment
Prior experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right Emmployee!
