Job Description
EmNet Organics is looking for a Juice Bar Specialist to work at our organic products store. Our Specialist will work on the production side, making organic juices and smoothies with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Our Specialist will also be working with and around people with disabilities. As such, our Specialist needs to be caring, patient, and sensitive of the needs of their coworkers, some of whom have disabilities.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities
· Will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to making quality organic juices and smoothies
· Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the business remain welcoming, clean, and professional
· Perform a combination of manual tasks including but not limited to mixing, sorting, cleaning, blending, and juicing
· Create elegant company-standard fruit bouquets for delivery
· Maintain proper inventory levels of necessary tools and ingredients
· Provide excellent customer service and help sell other in-store products, such as skincare
· Manage the removal of waste and execute proper cleanup following production
· Work with and around people with disabilities on a regular basis
· Help with opening the store as early as 8am on weekdays
· Handle other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Be able to work mornings, as early as 8am on weekdays
· Pass a background check (required for working with people with disabilities)
· Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system
· Understanding of basic recipes and formulas
· Excellent English communication skills
· Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
· Strong attention to detail
· Works well with others
· Performs well under pressure and keeps calm in an array of circumstances
